Why can’t I cancel immediately after ordering?

Short-term orders may require a short waiting period before cancellation is allowed (so the system can attempt delivery). For some services (e.g. WhatsApp), cancellation may only be available after a longer minimum wait (10 minutes) because codes can arrive late.
